I'm a little late, but here it goes. I can't believe it's been 2 months already! At Clara's 2 month check-up here were her stats:
weight: 13 lbs. 2.5 oz. (97th percentile)
height: 25 in. (97th percentile)
head: 16.5 in. (97th percentile)
She is a big girl, and very proportional! Most of her 0-3 month clothes don't fit and in fact the outfit she's wearing right now is a 6 month size.
Some of her latest tricks:
-She is a very smiley girl. It really doesn't take much to get her smiling, but her daddy is best at it.
-she sleeps 6-7 hours in a stretch most nights
-she LOVES to ride in her stroller if she gets to face forward
-she tolerates her swing
-she was good for her first babysitter experience and she took a bottle
- she loves to sit in mommy's lap looking out at the world
-she loves music and will quiet down pretty quickly as soon as I start singing or turn on some music
-she is very good at lifting her head
-she does well during church (finally!) I know it won't last for long, but we're trying to enjoy it while it does.
-she loves to kick her legs and wave her arms (see pictures below)
-she makes lots of new noises and seems pretty focused like she's trying so hard to talk
-she loves to suck on her fists and it's pretty darn cute!

Help! Calling all Bloggers
My dad has started a blog for his lawfirm as a new marketing technique. He is hoping to draw traffic to it through google searches. Google places search results higher on the list depending on how many other sites link to it. This is where you all come in. Here is what we are asking:
1. put a link to his blog on your blog www.nelsonrozier.blogspot.com
2. comment on this blog letting me know you have done so (we are trying to track the effectiveness of this strategy.)
That's it. You can put the link on your blog list or side bar, wherever you'd like, as long as the link is there.
Thanks for your help!

Halloween Party
So Nate and I were recently put on the activities committee at church. Friday night was the annual Halloween party/chili cook-off and it was a smashing success. There were over 250 people in attendance. Our chili won "most original" I'm not really sure how meat, beans, tomatoes, onions, and seasonings is original, but I proudly accepted my golden spatula anyways. Here are some pictures...enjoy.
Get it? because I'm tired of explaining it.
