We got a new camera, again! The one we got for Christmas was left on top of the car and not recovered. The good news is that apparently new camera models come out about this time of year so all the old models were on sale, and I like my new, new camera more than the old, new camera.
Here we are testing it out. Grace's face in the first picture is her typical face when she sees a camera. It's pretty cute, but makes it tough to get a candid shot.
On a particularly rainy and cold spring day when we were bored silly we had a pool party in the bath tub. (Thanks, Laura, for the great idea!) The girls thought it was awesome that I joined them in the tub and that we wore our swim suits. Somehow there's no pictures of that, though.
Shortly after moving to Idaho it was discovered that two other Visalians also live here with their families. Margaret was kind enough to host a reunion in her beautiful home. Our girls were fast friends. I have known Tom and Margaret both for over 25 years! Wow, that makes me feel old! It was fun to meet their respective spouses and watch all our kids (5 between us all) play. We will have to do it again sometime, for sure.
She is just begging to have her picture taken.
As is she.
And here you can see where their photogenic behavior comes from.
