A big one year old

I know everyone says this when their baby turns one, but this really has been the fastest year ever! Grace is such a sweet baby. She is a great sleeper, an even better eater, and has a super easy go-with-the-flow attitude. She wants to do everything her sister does and crawls everywhere and gets into all kinds of trouble. Lately if the bathroom door is open, she is in there trying to climb into the bath tub. She will eat anything off the floor and pulls herself up on every piece of furniture she can get her hands on. In the last couple of days she has started cruising on the furniture some too. Her favorite foods are black beans, bananas, yogurt, cheese, peas, anything with sugar, and anything we are eating. She still has plenty of rolls, but she is thinning out a lot and doesn't look like such a roly poly baby anymore. She has gotten a lot more verbal in the last couple of weeks. She says mama and dada and does plenty of babbling. She melts my heart with her waves and her cuddles. She has fans wherever she goes, but she is somewhat stingy at returning the affection. Clara is still her favorite person. I love listening to them talk and giggle together when they are supposed to go to sleep. Clara can make her laugh better than anyone, but she is a mama's girl through and through. We are so happy that she is in our family and have had the best year as a family of four!
